Apply a thin layer of the ALL DAY LIP COLOR colored pigment over the entire surface of the lips using the built-in applicator or a special flat lip brush, wait less than 1 minute for the pigment to dry completely, then apply TOP GLOSS – a clear gel fixative with natural moisturizing ingredients to stabilize and soften the result.
