Common rules

 

1.The delivery territory of the Goods presented on the Website is limited to the United Arab Emirates. 

2. Delivery delays are possible due to extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances. 

 

Pick up from LETOILE stores 

 

Choose any available LETOILE store. As soon as the order is ready for issuance, we will send you a text message notification and an email. Please wait for it. Be sure to specify your contact email in your personal account so that we can notify you about the order status. 

Unfortunately, after placing an order, it will not be possible to change the pickup point or refuse some items. To do this, you will have to cancel the order and create a new one. Funds will be refunded to the card within 2-10 business days.

You can only pay for the order on the website, mobile app or at a retail store with a bank card. Unfortunately, once you place an order, you will not be able to refuse some items. To do this, you will have to cancel it and create a new one. Changing the delivery address is only possible within the same locality.

The date, time of delivery can be clarified by the manager who will contact the Buyer to confirm the order 

Partial repayment, i.e. refusal of part of the goods when receiving the Order is impossible. You can only cancel the entire Order. 

Upon delivery of the Goods, the person delivering the goods may request a document identifying the Recipient's identity and indicate the type and number of the document provided by the Recipient in the receipt of the order. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality and protection of the Recipient's personal data. 

The delivery cost of each Order is calculated individually based on the region and method of delivery, as well as (if necessary) the form of payment, and is indicated on the Website at the final stage of ordering. 

When receiving the Goods from the courier, the Recipient is obliged to provide the Order number, inspect the delivered goods and check its compliance with the declared quantity, assortment and completeness of the Goods, compliance of the sample of the Goods, as well as check the expiration date of the delivered goods and the integrity of the packaging. In the absence of claims to the delivered goods, the Buyer signs the documents of the transport company. The absence of claims at the time of delivery indicates that the Recipient has no claims to the Goods and the Seller has fully and duly fulfilled its obligation to transfer the goods.
