Return Policy

Return Process
 

You have 7 days to return your products, or 14 days to Exchange your products.

The returns/Exchange requires two simple steps:

Return the relevant products to a store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, its original unbroken packaging with both the brand seal and Letoile security seal intact, and includes all tags, it will be eligible for a refund according to Letoile's refund policy.

The product/s should be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice for Return, Exchange or Refund.

 

Policies:
 

Products purchased online can only be returned to any of our stores.

Any items whatsoever which have been provided free of charge with the relevant products must also be returned.

The product/s must be in unused and unopened condition. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the item/s during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund.

In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns, exchange or refund of product/s in the following categories: Personal Care, Hygiene product/s such as: (make-up and cosmetics), Fragrance, Perfume, Apparel, Linen, Customized/special order product/s (e.g. assembled/tailor-made).

In the case of a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, you shall receive a refund of the purchase price of such product as mentioned in the original sales invoice. In any case you must return the faulty or incorrect product/s to us in the same conditions as supplied.
 

Exchange Process:
 

If you would like to exchange any products, you may visit the nearest store to return the items/products and purchase the new items/ products.

Please note that this is subject to availability and as per our applicable policies.
 

Refunds:
 

If a delivery is attempted, shipping fees will be deducted from the amount, but you will receive a refund for the balance. This fee will be waived if the item was not as advertised, defective or not functioning as advertised. So basically if it is a return because you have simply changed your mind then the shipping fees will be retained by Letoile and we just refund you amount paid for the item(s).

You will be refunded the shipping fees for returned items not in proper working condition or faulty and/or defective.

Product/s purchased through credit/debit card will be refunded ONLY to the same credit/debit card used for the transaction. A refund for product/s purchased through any kind of eGift Card will be refunded through eGift Card.
 

Cancellation:
 

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by calling or contacting our Customer Services department during working hours.

If you paid by credit /debit card, and you cancelled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorization or process  a refund transaction (as the case maybe) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this take to be reflected on your bank account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellation outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/ refunds process as mentioned above.
