Gently hold the eyelid and draw a straight line all the way along. Extend the line further and add a flick, or a wing. Add eye liner to the lower lashline if desired too. With the precise tip giving you complete creative control, any idea is possible. Line the upper lash line with INTENSE EYE LINER PEN. Draw a straight line from the outer corner of the eye in roughly the same angel as the lower lash line
