HOW
Apply to a cleansed and dry under-eye area using the tweezers included. Leave on the under-eye area for 10-15 minutes. Discard after use.

TIPS
The perfect event prep; use for 15 minutes before applying makeup, this will brighten and prepare the eye area for concealer, resulting in a smooth and hydrated base (with less product creasing and sitting in fine lines!)
