1. After cleansing and moisturizing the skin, distribute the cream over the entire face.
2. Warm a small amount of cream in your palms and take a deep breath.
3. Lower your head and exhale fully. Then inhale deeply and use your thumbs to trace along the jawline from the center to the ears. Repeat twice.
4. Exhale fully and place your index fingers along the nasolabial folds. Inhale deeply and, slightly pressing on the cheeks, move towards the ears. Repeat twice.
5. Place four fingers under the eyes and exhale fully. Inhale deeply and move your fingers towards the temples. Repeat twice.
6. Place four fingers above the eyebrows and exhale fully. Inhale deeply and move them across the forehead towards the hairline.
7. With an upward motion, apply the cream to the neck, then glide down to the shoulders and chest. Repeat on each side.
