In search of the finest heroes for its perfumery creations, Boucheron's creators travel to the most beautiful places on our vast planet. This time, the journey leads to Turkey, to the Taurus Mountains, where roses bloom everywhere: in gardens, on the shores of lakes, on mountain slopes, and in fields stretching to the horizon. All this forms landscapes filled with bright colors and incredible scents. The Isparta roses are handpicked at dawn, when they are not yet fully bloomed, and their scent is most intense. Perfumer Sonia Constant, who worked on this Eau de Parfum , explains: "I aimed to give expressiveness to every facet of the scent of this luxurious rose, and the real challenge for me was to refine the raw material, like a sculptor creating his masterpiece. For the top notes, I chose fresh ginger oil, Indian essential oil, and ambrette. For the heart notes, I sought something that would remind me of the scent of rose petals, and chose cinnamon oil, Laotian rose oil, and Turkish saffron. The base notes exude an elegant mix of sandalwood, musk, and amber." Sonia Constant plays on contrasts in this olfactory composition, to preserve and convey the familiar scent of the rose, while making it more intense, creating a captivating and unique Eau de Parfum .
