Rules of the promotion "100 Welcome Bonus points”

1.General Provisions.

These rules define the terms of participation in the "100 Welcome Bonus points" promotion at LETOILE stores (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion").

Objectives of the Promotion:

Encouraging the loyalty of customers in the LETOILE network

Forming and expanding the circle of regular customers of the LETOILE network

Promotion Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"): LETOILE EMTS TRADING L.L.C, Office No. 1-504, Dubai Festival City Mall Hotels (LLC) - Al Karama, Dubai, UAE

Promotion Period: from 01.02.2024 to 31.12.2024

Promotion Venue: Retail stores of the LETOILE network and the online store letoile.ae

2. Promotion Terms

Any capable natural person, aged 18 years or older, with a phone number registered in the UAE and is a loyalty program member, can participate in the Promotion.

Bonus points are credited after confirming the phone number on the website letoile.ae, mobile application, or at a LETOILE network store. If the number has been confirmed previously while participating in other Organizer programs, the participant must request the verification code again.

To confirm the phone number, the participant must inform the cashier of the code received via SMS or enter it in the verification field on the website www.letoile.ae.

The 100 Bonus points are credited no later than 24 hours after completing the form and activating the card.

1 Bonus point = 1 Dirham

Bonus points become available for redemption after filling in all mandatory fields in the form (name and email address) on the website letoile.ae or the LETOILE mobile application.

A customer can receive welcome bonus points only once during the entire promotion period.

Save up bonus points and get ready to pay for a purchase with bonus points up to 90% of the product’s cost in offline stores - coming soon.

The Organizer is not responsible for any delays in crediting and/or activating Bonus points due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control.

The validity period of welcome bonus points is 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Unused bonus points will expire after this period.

Bonus points can be credited to the Bonus account through the personal account on the website letoile.ae or in the "LETOILE" mobile application.

When making a payment from the Bonus account, if the participant has multiple types of Bonus points, those with a closer expiration date will be deducted first. If there are Bonus points with the same expiration date on the balance, the Promotion Bonus points will be deducted as a priority.

In the case of returning a product paid with Promotion Bonus points, they will be refunded to the participant's account.

3. Additional Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the acceptance or issuance of Bonus points without notification in cases where the customer:

- Does not comply with these promotion rules, as well as the conditions of other Organizer promotions;

- Has committed or intends to commit actions deemed by the Organizer as fraudulent, deceitful, or other manipulations that have led or may lead to material, moral, and other harmful consequences of various types and degrees for the Organizer.

The rules of the Loyalty Program "Club Program" apply to these conditions insofar as they do not contradict the terms of this Promotion.

The Promotion may be terminated prematurely.

Participation in the Promotion implies the participant's consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data (namely: name, email address, mobile phone number) contained in the participant's form for the purpose of participating in this Promotion.

This promotion is regulated by the current legislation of the UAE, these Rules, and is a promotional event within the meaning of Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection of the UAE Law.

Participation in the Promotion signifies the participant's familiarity with and full agreement with these Rules for conducting the Promotion.

The Organizer has the right, at its discretion, to modify the conduct rules. Information about changes is posted on the website letoile.ae.
