Rules of the promotion “30% cashback from 200 AED”

1. General Provisions.
 

These rules define the terms of participation in the "30% cashback from 200 AED" promotion at LETOILE stores (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion").

Objectives of the Promotion:

• Encouraging the loyalty of customers in the LETOILE network and Dolce Milk network
• Forming and expanding the circle of regular customers of the LETOILE network Dolce Milk network
   

Promotion Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"): LETOILE EMTS TRADING L.L.C, Office No. 1-504, Dubai Festival City Mall Hotels (LLC) - Al Karama, Dubai, UAE

Promotion Venue: UAE

Promotion Period in online stores: from 05.12.2024 to 31.12.2024

Promotion Period in retail stores: from 20.12.24 to 31.12.24

Promotion Venue: Retail stores of the LETOILE network, Dolce milk retail stores, online store www.letoile.ae, and Mobile application
 

2. Promotion Terms
 

Any capable natural person, aged 18 years or older, with a phone number registered in the UAE and is a loyalty program member, can participate in the Promotion.

During the promotion period, when customers purchase from 200 AED, 30% of the cost is credited in the form of promotional bonus points (5% - basic accrual of bonuses according to the rules of the club program, 25% - additional accrual of promotional bonuses), except for items under Chanel brand.

1 Bonus point = 1 AED

It is possible to pay for a purchase with Bonus points up to 50% of the product's cost after applying all discounts. Bonus points cannot be used to pay for the purchase of gift certificates, delivery services and items under Chanel brand.

Bonus points under the promotion are accrued after the order is received by the client and assigned the status “Delivered”

The Organizer is not responsible for any delays in crediting and/or activating Bonus points due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control.

The validity period of the promotional Bonus points is 14 calendar days from the date of crediting. Unused bonus points will expire after this period.

If there are multiple types of Bonus points in the participant's Bonus account during payment, those with a closer expiration date will be deducted first. If there are bonus points with the same expiration date on the balance, the promotion bonus points will be deducted first. The maximum amount of accumulated Bonus points on the Participant's Bonus Account cannot exceed 10000 Bonus points. This includes all types of Bonus points awarded to the customer (e.g., those awarded as part of a promotion). After reaching the balance limit, the Bonus points that expire sooner will be burned.

In case of order cancellation/return of the goods paid by the promotional bonus points, they are returned to the participant's account within 24 hours after receipt of the goods by the Organizer, with the original validity period. The validity period of bonus points is not extended.
 

3. Additional Provisions
 

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the acceptance or issuance of Bonus points without notification in cases where the customer:
 

- Does not comply with these promotion rules, as well as the conditions of other Organizer promotions;
- Has committed or intends to commit actions deemed by the Organizer as fraudulent, deceitful, or other manipulations that have led or may lead to material, moral, and other harmful consequences of various types and degrees for the Organizer.
 

The rules of the Loyalty Program "Club Program" apply to these conditions insofar as they do not contradict the terms of this Promotion.

The Promotion may be terminated prematurely.

Customers are allowed to register in the loyalty program using only one phone number. If this rule is violated, LETOILE reserves the right to cancel all standard accounts associated with the individual.

Participation in the Promotion implies the participant's consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data (namely: name, email address, mobile phone number) contained in the participant's form for the purpose of participating in this Promotion.

This promotion is regulated by the current legislation of the UAE, these Rules, and is a promotional event within the meaning of Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection of the UAE Law.

The promotion may be terminated early.

Participation in the Promotion signifies the participant's familiarity with and full agreement with these Rules for conducting the Promotion. The Organizer has the right, at its own discretion, to change the rules of the promotion. Information about changes is posted on the website https://www.letoile.ae.
