The purpose of the ARTDECO Perfect Teint Concealer, produced by the German cosmetic company ARTDECO, is to conceal facial skin imperfections. This includes dark circles under the eyes, brightening the upper eyelid, camouflaging 'crow's feet' around the lips, at the corners of the eyes, visually reducing nasolabial and other expression lines, and mattifying the skin thanks to a composition containing talc particles and safe brightening pigments.
