Delivery options, timing and fees are calculated at checkout based on the order and address.

Delivery Fees

Next Day Delivery - free for orders above 100 AED. For orders below 100 AED - 15 AED.

Express Delivery (4-Hour / Same Day) - 25 AED for orders below 100 AED, 15 AED for orders of 100 AED and above.

Delivery Types and Timeframes

Next Day - order placed before the cut-off time, delivered the next day by 22:00.
Same Day - order placed before the cut-off time, delivered the same day by 22:00.
4-Hour Express - order placed before 18:00, delivered within 4 hours from the time of order.

Returns - request submitted before midnight, pickup from the customer the next day.

Important: if the order is placed after the cut-off time, one additional day is added to the delivery timeframe.

Cut-off Times

Same Day Delivery - order must be placed before 12:00.

Next Day Delivery from DFC store - before 17:00.

Next Day Delivery from Jimi store (Al Ain) - before 14:00.

4 Hour Delivery - before 17:00.
