Reformulated to obtain a clean° version, PROFESSIONALE Eyebrow Pencil, one of Collistar’s make-up best-sellers, is back and more effective than ever before. An eyebrow pencil that allows you to outline them with a few quick and precise strokes, and correct their shape in a natural way, for a long-lasting (up to 12 h), waterproof, professional result. Provided with a handy new comb applicator, useful for both blending and combing the eyebrows, PROFESSIONALE Eyebrow Pencil gives the eyebrows instant structure and volume and enhances the eyes.
The new clean and vegan friendly formula of PROFESSIONALE Eyebrow Pencil is enriched with Carnauba wax, making it versatile and readily adaptable, to give the eyebrows shape and structure, and with Candelilla wax, which leaves them glossy and easy to comb. Lastly, the formula with skincare benefits is completed by Sunflower Oil, with a nourishing and restructuring effect, which strengthens the structure of the eyebrows. Does not contain microplastics or mineral oils.
