While creating Joorie, I constantly recalled the farm my family visited during our summer vacations. The small cottage was surrounded by two acres of land bordered by pine trees. Berries, figs, jasmine, petunias, chamomile, and lavender were just a few of the many plants we cultivated in the gardens. The most majestic of all was a single rose bush that produced the most beautiful red roses, and it was this plant I visited daily—not only to see the majestic velvety red petals and the superb elegance of the roses but also to catch the scent of the sensual aroma that this rose so elegantly emitted. This was the main inspiration for the Joorie fragrance.

A warm opening with nutmeg and cloves creates the top notes of Joorie. Lemon and bergamot were added to create a touch of freshness in the fragrance—and traces of ginger and pepper create an alluring trail.
The heart of the fragrance is a rose filled with fruity, almost banana-like notes, ylang-ylang, and orange blossom.
The base notes reveal a beautiful honey aroma, masked by musk, tonka beans, and a woody blend of sandalwood and cedar, creating incredible impressions and leaving you wanting more.
