Thanks to its lightweight formula, the base does not clog pores and is virtually imperceptible on the skin. The composition of the ARTDECO Neutral Eye Shadow Base includes: Vitamin E, which soothes the skin, relieves irritation, nourishes the epidermal cells, and maintains the water-lipid balance; Bisabolol, which neutralizes the natural pigmentation of the eyelids and allows for blocking skin redness. After applying the neutral base, the skin of the eyelids becomes smooth and elastic, which facilitates the easy application of the desired shade of eyeshadow and extends the durability of the makeup. The product is packaged in a convenient round bottle. It can be applied with a pinpoint applicator, a cosmetic sponge, or a brush designed for blending wet eyeshadows.
