Rules of the "Birthday Bonus points" Promotion

1.General Provisions

These rules define the terms and conditions for participation in the "Birthday Bonus points" promotion at LETOILE (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion).

Objectives of the Promotion:

- Rewarding the loyalty of LETOILE network customers

- Forming and expanding the circle of regular customers of the LETOILE network

Promotion Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer): LETOILE EMTS TRADING L.L.C, Office No. 1-504, Dubai Festival City Mall Hotels (LLC) - Al Karama, Dubai, UAE.

Promotion Venue: UAE

Promotion Period: from 01.02.2025 to 31.12.2026

Promotion Venue: Retail stores of the LETOILE network and the online store letoile.ae 

2. Promotion Conditions

Any capable natural person, aged 18 years or older, with a phone number registered in the UAE and is a loyalty program member, can participate in the Promotion.

Bonus points are awarded if the following conditions are met:

1. The participant has filled out the loyalty program questionnaire, provided their name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.

2. The participant of the loyalty program has made at least one purchase at LETOILE network stores or placed an order on the online store (with the status "Delivered") totaling more than 20 dirhams after applying all discounts and bonus point deductions.

Participants in the promotion receive 50 active bonus points on their Bonus account on their birthday no later than 24 hours after the event.

Bonus points are credited as active. 1 bonus point = 1 dirham.

The accrual of promotional bonus points is possible once a year per participant's card.

It is possible to pay for a purchase with promotional bonus points up to 50% of the product's value after applying all discounts.

Bonus points cannot be used to pay for the purchase of gift certificates and delivery services.

The validity period of bonus points is 14 days from the date of accrual. Unused bonus points will expire after this period.

Upon crediting bonus points to the Bonus account, the participant will receive an SMS notification on the provided phone number in the participant's questionnaire.

In the case of a return of a product paid with promotional bonus points, the bonus points will be returned to the participant's account.

3. Other Conditions

The Organizer is not responsible for any delays in the accrual and/or activation of Bonus points that occur for reasons beyond the Organizer's control.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the acceptance or issuance of Bonus points without notification in cases where the customer:

- Does not comply with the rules of this promotion, as well as the conditions of other Organizer promotions.

- Has committed or intends to commit actions considered by the Organizer as fraudulent, deceitful, or other manipulations that have resulted or may result in material, moral, and other harmful consequences of various types and degrees for the Organizer.

In case of doubts about the accuracy of the birthdate provided by the participant, the Organizer has the right to request a document confirming the participant's birthdate. In the event of a mismatch between the date in the document and the birthdate stated in the participant's questionnaire, the Organizer reserves the right not to award points.

The participation in the Promotion implies the participant's consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data (namely: name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth) contained in the participant's questionnaire for the purpose of participating in this Promotion.

The rules of the "Club Program" loyalty program apply to these conditions, to the extent not conflicting with the conditions of this Promotion.

The Promotion may be terminated prematurely.

This promotion is a stimulating event within the meaning of Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection of the UAE Law.

The fact of participation in the Promotion signifies the participant's acknowledgment and full agreement with these Rules of the Promotion.

The Organizer has the right, at its own discretion, to change the rules of the promotion. Information about changes is posted on the website letoile.ae
