Argan oil, often referred to as 'liquid gold of Morocco', is deservedly named for its richness in natural antioxidants, polyphenols, and vitamin E, which aid in skin restoration, soothe inflammation, and combat free radicals. The oil works wonders on hair, face, hands, and body, making the skin radiant, soft, and rejuvenated. It is also excellent for brittle nails. Argan oil has a wide range of applications due to its rich content. Vitamin E is effective against free radicals that attack and destroy vital cell components such as DNA and cell membranes. Vitamin F, consisting of two essential fatty acids (Omega-3 and Omega-6), is excellent for combating acne, rashes, eczema, and psoriasis. Phenols are powerful antioxidants with antiseptic and antibacterial properties, considered very good stimulants for the nervous and immune systems.
