Amalfi, a city in the south of Italy, located near the noisy and chaotic Naples, is captured in Dolce Amalfi. It conveys the hot, scorching air of the city and its scents. The opening notes seem to stretch from a bakery: spicy cardamom and saffron, and sweet baked apple. The heart of the fragrance is dedicated to a medieval church, intertwining the scents of incense and clove. In the aftertaste, cool amber descends, sweet tonka beans and vanilla, and cedar, reminiscent of the evening freshness on the seaside.
