1. Shake the concentrate bottle well before use to mix the 3 phases. 2. Pour small portions of the mixed concentrate onto your palm and apply directly to well-cleansed skin, distributing over the entire desired area while performing a very light circular massage in an upward direction. For extensive or recurrent cellulite, intensive treatment is recommended: apply the product daily, morning and evening, to the affected areas for at least 6/8 weeks for maximum effectiveness; for initial/moderate cellulite, daily use of the concentrate is recommended, preferably in the evening (maximum toxin accumulation time).
