TheBalm introduces the world's first eyeshadow palette that includes primers. The palette consists of 9 'sweet' shades, but when you apply them over the primers, you get at least 27 options to start this tea party. Take a sip and enjoy the warm shades of the Hot Tea palette, which includes a classic colorless primer that makes all colors look more vibrant, as well as a black primer to transform the shadows into new colors. There are rumors of matte shades essential for beautiful transitions that can also be used as eyeliner, while the shimmering shades speak for themselves. The Hot Tea palette contains Chamomile extract to soothe irritated skin. Each shade can be applied either dry or wet – depending on your cup of tea. It is free from talc and parabens.
