The multi-layer nail buffer block has an additional polishing layer for each side, extending its usage and functionality. When the top layer wears out, simply pull the polishing element and remove it, peel off the protective film from the additional layer, and stick it onto the buffer block. The buffer block has 3 surfaces for nail care: filing, polishing, and shining. It does not damage the cuticle. Creates an extraordinarily bright gloss on the nails.
