The founder of the company now known worldwide as Jaguar was William Lyons. William Lyons was born in England on September 4, 1901, to immigrant parents from Ireland. The small town of Blackpool on the shores of the Irish Sea became the birthplace of the one who would later be called Mr. Jaguar. The history of perfumery from Jaguar began in 1986 when the first men's fragrance was released.
