The High Performance lipstick from ARTDECO brand has a soft shimmer and a creamy, easy-to-apply consistency. It is the perfect product for nourishing, moisturizing, and plumping the lips. The product is available in more than forty diverse shades, mostly subdued and delicate. The lipstick can be applied without a preliminary liner as it does not bleed beyond the lip borders and is long-lasting.
