The product can be applied in two ways: dry, for a subtle, semi-transparent hue (it is recommended to apply ARTDECO Glamour eyeshadows this way using an applicator or a flat brush with medium-length bristles); or wet, to enhance the intensity and density of the eyeshadow's color pigment (for a more expressive and vivid look, apply the eyeshadow with a damp cosmetic sponge, carefully blending the product across the entire surface of the outer eyelid, staying 4-6 millimeters from the brow growth area).
