Application
Apply the INFINITY EYE LINER pencil from the inner to the outer edges of the upper lash line. Close the eye and pull the lid gently before drawing a line. Wiggle the pencil in between the lashes, which will make them look thicker. Use the smudger at the end of the INFINITY EYE LINER to blend or tone out. Make the line thicker if desired
