For Cheeks: If you use liquid foundation, blend it into your skin before cheek stain application. If you're more of a powder girl, apply after your cheek color. For Lips: Lightly tap the tint's applicator on your lips. It's best to start on the centre of the lips and then diffuse it outwards. Remember, very very little goes a long way!
