Imperial Wood is a fragrance that tells the story of Swedish rural life. These perfumes contain a high concentration of fragrance ingredients, but that's not the only unique feature of our collection. For the first time, someone has managed to capture the natural scent of cocoa and Indonesian agarwood, which is barely noticeable in most well-known fragrances. The top notes contain accords of Damask rose, thyme, tobacco leaves, and woody-spicy notes of saffron. The scent of frankincense perfectly combines with accords of cardamom, cinnamon, tonka beans, vanilla, and cocoa. All these magical scents are finished with a final touch of sandalwood. The heart notes contain Indonesian agarwood, leather, and amberwood. To create the Imperial Wood fragrance, perfumer Ibrahim Al Zuabi was inspired by traditional rural life in 17th century Sweden. An important part of the peasants' life were the village feasts, where there was always a signature Swedish chocolate cake (Kladdkaka) with a lot of cardamom and spices. At the same time, a large number of spices and live flowers were always very important to the Swedish community. The Imperial Wood fragrance conveys the emotions of this atmosphere and transports you to a magnificent era.
