The product can be applied in two ways: dry, for a subtle, semi-transparent hue (it is recommended to apply ARTDECO Glamour eyeshadow this way using an applicator or a flat brush with medium-length bristles); or wet, enhancing the intensity and density of the eyeshadow's color pigment (for expressiveness and brightness, apply with a damp cosmetic sponge, carefully blending the product across the entire surface of the outer eyelid, leaving a 4-6 millimeter gap from the brow growth area).
